- Maintain the presentation of the asset to high standard at all times
- Maintain car park equipment in excellent operating condition
- Provide on call 24/7 staff support for the car park
- Ensure that the car park is staffed 24/7 to assist customers in locating cars when necessary
- Maximize the space of the parking facility
- Safeguard and patrol parking areas from car, property theft, vandalism from time of entry to exit
- Liaison with nominated personnel and notification by email if a breach of security is identified
- Signage & computerised control
- Compliance with parking laws, council laws & policing
- Cleaning - routine, special and external
- Managing service contracts
- Regular Maintenance and upgrade of car park,
